Poor sound separation between rooms. Late night yelling from some annoying woman kept us awake

Very comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. Breakfast was very tasty. I liked the outdoor courtyard where we could sit and read. Grateful that we could leave our luggage for a few days as we flew to the Amazon. Also appreciated the laundry service.
Not a negative for us, but if you are struggling with the elevation, this hotel is quite a climb from Plaza des Armes.

The location is excellent. The view of the city is beautiful. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in Cusco. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable

The bed was comfortable.
I’m not sure why this hotel is so expensive. It is an average location. Note that you will need to walk to meet your tour pickups as vans cannot get to you.
