Nice apartment. Clean and well serviced.
Some facilities. I was staying for 17 days and would have cooked for myself. But the only saucepan was so big it could have preserved jam 😡 No other size saucepans available. I needed a spatula for my breakfast. Not available but the staff took one from another apartment. I think you just need to check these minor things.

Great location, close to the city and attending an event at Marvel Stadium. Parking was handy having it in the basement. Great to have the kitchen and washer/dryer available in the apartment. Great to have a balcony. Great water pressure and nice hot shower.
The bed was very hard and had a big dip between the two sides of the bed.

Location was good, a quiet neighbourhood in North Melbourne with accessible tram stops and a really lovely cafe just around the corner. The owner of the place is a top gentleman, very good to talk to.
The bed was very uncomfortable, there was no water kettle in the room, the remotes (TV and A/C) where either damaged or not working at all.
