Reception staff friendly and easy check in and check out. Umbrellas were available for guests to use when the weather turned torrential. Easy parking Kitchen was very good with full size fridge, gas cook top and generous pantry storage. Plenty of cleaning products provided for kitchen & laundry. Nice to have a balcony with seating too.

Upon check in on a Saturday and arriving at my room, I found Iwas unable to lock my door. I contacted Reception and luckily the staff were still there as they finish by 2pm. A locksmith was called to fix the door lock. I was on my way out and as a result had to leave my room unlocked until the locksmith arrived. I am thankful that security is in place for accessing floor levels. Reception staff were very helpful and in contact with me at all times with progress updates. Upon returning to my room, the lock was fixed. For a long stay of 8 nights, only 1 extra roll of toilet paper was provided. After asking staff twice, extra rolls were given. I found the combined laundry washer/dryer machine tricky to use. Ended up using the provided drying racks to hang clothes to dry.

friendly staff, nice room, had a great view overlooking trees, the balcony is nice. the grounds are also nice with lots of native vegetation.

If they could make a few light changes I would suggest upgrading the couch (its not comfortable), having warm lighting in the bedroom and providing more soap.

Convenient location for what we needed and the staff were very friendly. The underground parking is definitely a bonus.

The room itself wasn’t very clean and the floors left our feet dirty, so I’d recommend bringing socks/slippers. We also hired a cot for $20 which felt extremely hard, although that may just be our inexperience with port-a-cots.
