The location is close to medical centers and has a bistro attached to the front of the motel, so for convenience its amazing when you dont know your way around the big city!
Clean rooms, staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming and the meals are really nice!
Only downfall was if you book with booking.com because its a third party, you aren't informed that there is a $100 bond required on the spot when checking in so you're left rattled to come up with money you were not aware of on the spot.

It’s a perfect location for us if we have an appointment at Monash Clayton
People sitting outside our room smoking and we called the after hours number they sent security over and they told them the room number the complaint came from which we didn’t appreciate that.

We’ve stayed at the Monash numerous times in the past however, on this occasion I was told by the female staff member that the breakfast boxes (which were usually complimentary) weren’t in the room due to the fact that apparently our booking didn’t specify breakfast boxes being inclusive for that room and thus, we had to pay an additional $7 each for them.
