Location , big suite , housekeeping , reception stuff try to do their best

We had many problems all our stay , First no really Manager who can take decisions. Promise to change our suite but they didn’t change . One room stay without Aircondition all the stay and every day they promise to fix then to provide fan ( they didn’t provide until we send formal complain to booking ) Finally I stay all days without save box as they try to fix for first 2 days then decide to provide another , at the end nothing done and I moved all my stay 5 days with my money / passports /…. Breakfast less than average.

I like everything specially the service we had from Dhiyaa.

The staff are helpful, location is very good and the room is very big

Very dark and depressing room with no daylight The room's window overlooked the building's ventilation space, which extended all the way to the roof. The photo was taken at 9:00 am, all room lights are on, morning time and you don’t even see any daylight.
