This is really a great hotel. They welcome you with free happy hour drinks and snacks. The breakfast is huge with nice new espresso machines. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa or pool, but it looked great and we wished we had a bit more down time to enjoy it. We liked that the hotel was close to the Statue of David museum and an easy walk to the Duomo city center, but also a little bit away from the crowds, so it was nice and quiet.
There was a lot of light that we couldn’t block out at night. Our room faced the pool and courtyard area where there were lights that shined around the edges of our curtains. Black out curtains would go a long way here if they had them. This was really the only negative of our stay.

No doubt- the front of house staff... so friendly, kind and helpful. The terrace we had was fantastic and the welcome aperetivo and meat/cheese platter was a very nice touch indeed. The room was well equipped, the bathroom modern with mood lighting, the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was varied and excellent. It was really lovely to stay there and wished we had more than one night there but we were flying home the next day.
Nothing at all. The stay was perfect.

The hotel was in a good quiet location and the room was clean. I enjoyed using the pool area and spa. Restocking the fridge each day was very helpful.
I found the hotel a bit bland, not Italian, I could have been in any city. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, especially for a longer stay.

The location was perfect, a short walk to the main attractions but far enough to provide relief from the major crowds. The hotel was clean throughout and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of foods to sustain us for the day. The reception was pleasant and accommodating.
The tram was a bit noisy during the day starting around 5:30 a.m. best to opt for an interior room if you’re a light sleeper.
