Convenience, ease of dealing with staff, cleanliness and how dark the room gets with those amazing shutters. We stayed one night as it was a very quick in and out trip but I the best sleep!

Great location, close to museos and the Retiro park. A lot less hectic than staying in Sol or La Latina which were in for the previous week. We walked 7 minutes to the train station Atocha. They held our luggage and also let us check out late. The gym was well equipped.
The elevator was small

Clean, a bit more than basic with decent sized room and bathroom. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The room was nice size and we had a large patio with an outdoor shower. You can walk to many museums and parks or gardens.
This property is on a large busy street with very few food options. It is not on a quaint small street and feels like LA or any other large city. The service is terrible.
