Location is great, close to all attractions. We were upgraded to the 3 bedroom unit and it was huge. Owner is super friendly
It take getting used to the smell of sulphur in the air but that is all of Rotorua and not this property

Wonderful and helpful reception staff. Went above and beyond. Extremelt friendly. Studio had all we needed for our stay and was clean and tidy. Close to main road but noise was minimal. Great value for money.
Nothing. It was just what we needed

Staff very friendly and helpful, bed warm and comfortable and room clean

Spacious apartment with a good layout. Helpful staff. Good location.
The single bed in the second bedroom was broken - missing a foot mid-way along the right-hand side. This has caused the bed to collapse on the right-hand side - not able to sleep in it.
The apartments transfer the noise from adjacent apartment - noisy neighbors were problematic.
Apartments should be furnished with basic cooking - salt / pepper / oil / sauce.
