We were greeted warmly by Simon. He gave us some useful advice about the area and was very pleasant at all times, as was his wife Rhona (i think).
Breakfast set-up was perfect. Lovely start to the day.
A lovely family room. Even had a little PlayStation 3 set-up which could easily be very useful for some. Only minor issue was the shower was a little wonky but fine for a quick was.

Come and go as we please, lots of channels on the TV, having a fridge in the room, breakfast was ok
Rusty items in the bathroom, bed not comfortable, toilet seat wouldn't stay up so my husband can take a pee, furniture falling apart, curtains not clean and could barely move them, big cracks in the ceiling
