Balcony needed cleaning. Bird droppings everywhere

Close to grocery store, restaurant downstairs, location, comfy bed, flexible
Possibly over priced for two nights but booking was last minute

The hotel had everything I needed and the staff were very helpful. It was a nice atmosphere inside the hotel with the restaurant and bar area. The hotel is well kept and it was a pleasure to stay here.
Maybe just the rooms are a little outdated and may need a upgrade (carpet, bathroom). The current setup is also nice and its not that I didn't like it.
