Vøringfoss Hotel

Beautiful

Nothing

The lack of a refrigerator in the room put us in a spot, as we were traveling with food, which stayed in the car all night. My allergies were noted, and handled well, but I was sleeping on the sofa bed - which was wool. And there was an allergic reaction. More towels should have been provided. The restaurant was great and priced perfectly. The hotel was pricey for what was provided.

See above.

The hotel location overlooking the fjord. We booked a room with a fjord view but without a balcony, which was good enough as it can get quite windy in the evening. The breakfast was also very good, offering a wide selection of options. The hotel offers only two EV charging stations, and during our stay, one of them was out of service. Given the size of the property, a greater number of charging points would be expected. That said, this was not a major inconvenience, as several paid EV charging options, including both fast and standard chargers, are conveniently located just across the street from the hotel.

The room does not include a safe deposit box or a kettle, both of which are amenities many travelers may expect especially this hotel caters Asian groups.

Good location
