Ramo d'Aria Etna Boutique Hotel

Hotel was amazing, very clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant was superb and Sarah on the reception desk was super helpful, helping us find a local vineyard for a wine tasting experience.

Not much in the surrounding area, would definitely recommend having a car.

Lovely property which was a good location for the Etna hike we did in the day and relaxing afterwards.

Overall we felt the property, whilst lovely, did not match the price point. The rooms were comfortable but overall quite bland (and I'd agree with other reviews that the shower was small). The staff were friendly but didn't offer any advice about local services and activities. The pool area did not live up to the photos and there weren't many areas to relax outside the room that wasn't the pool. The restaurant was also shut on our second night, which was very inconvenient for a hotel that is rurally located. There was a small pizza menu instead which was expensive and we were disappointed we were still charged the service fee that would normally come with the main restaurant.

Everything about our stay was perfect from the drive up to the hotel to the warmest welcome we were greeted b the lady on the front desk who is absolutely lovely - the hotel staff in general were absolutely brilliant. We made a reservation at the restaurant in the evening, from the decor to the service and food were out of this world, our meals were delicious! To top our stay; the views were breathtaking!

I wish we had stayed for longer!

The shower is room 5 is small, even though the bathroom is large.
