The staff (especially Charlie) were outstanding. The bar and restaurant areas were clean and beautifully presented. The food, especially breakfast. Comfortable bed. Immaculate room. Good shower.
Plastic plants in the room. Would prefer a flannel / sponge as part of the toiletries to wash yourself with. Would prefer one set of toiletries per guest, not per room as they are very small. Would prefer a coffee machine in the room.

Spotless - spacious - comfortable rooms
Radio on all night in restaurant, also maybe just too short staffed in restaurant - but the team you had worked really hard

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice.
Handles and non slip mat in shower.
