Location is great, though driving through the old city to find the hotel parking with many detours in place wasn’t so easy.
The beds were not comfortable.

Location and food was excellent!
Staff in restaurant area were unfriendly, except waitress.

Location can not be any better. Best location in town. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is charming. Breakfast was amazing. On site parking is a premium. Atmosphere was lovely. Room was big enough and very clean.
I will definitely come back but with my own pillow.
Pillows were terrible. It seemed like few pieces of feather were thrown into a pillow case and they called it a pillow. Bed was not very comfortable. We ended up using our blankets as a pillow. Thank god the weather was good, we did not need blankets. Our stay was only one night and we made the most of it.
In this day and age a 20 or 22" TV in a hotel room is quite small. We did not even turn it on.

Great place in the heart of the city, next to the Ploenlein!. Hard to find and get to by car because of the narrow streets and one way streets. Reserve parling in advance, if necessarty. Great breakfast.
Stairs, no elevator.
