Room was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Bed was good and plenty of beddings options were available - spare pillows and blanket. Our arrival and departure times meant we didn’t meet the hosts in person but the communication was great.
Nothing really. The split system remote was a bit tricky to decipher - perhaps a small sign with instructions would be helpful.

The location of Halls Gap motel is stunning, it is an easy walk into the village, is surrounded by mountains, with a relaxed seating area overlooking a picturesque dam and mountain range teeming with birdlife.
The rooms are fresh and spotlessly clean with all of the simple amenities you could need.
We enjoyed the BBQ for a few of our dinners and relaxing nights sitting around the fire pit.

The location was amazing, walking distance to everything, including the hikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and were grateful to be indoors when it rained on one of the days. Very clean, had everything we needed and more.
Warm warm showers and I think also a heated mattress topper (which we didn’t try). Nice room lighting with the lamps and overall comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we visit Halls Gap.
