Arguably the best location in Halls Gap, just off Stoney Creek. Very large, comfortable room with basic amenities. Nice open yard with seating, BBQ areas and mountain views on both sides.
All year pool is also a nice touch.
Didn't bother us much, but the rooms are showing their age. Small things like missing paint around the sink, faded fittings etc. All still functional and comfortable, and the appliences all worked, but it might bother some people.

A big complex, comfortable room and very helpful manager who changed our room when our fridge freezer compartment totally iced up and no room for our Esky blocks. - FRIDGES are never defrosted ??
Also allowed us to use their laundry to do some washing
Friendly kangaroos are a good attraction
Driveway and other paths/driveways in quite bad condition and if repairs not done shortly, only 4WD vehicles can access. Fortunately the weather was dry when we were there, but we wonder how the access would be in wet/rainy weather.

The location was fabulous! Tucked in behind the Main Street but with access points from the motel grounds into the Main Street. I think the motel is set in a few acres so lots of space with the units also being spaced. An indoor heated pool to access ssswell as bbqs and seating. A terrific little kitchenette with a 3/4 fridge ( much bigger than a bar fridge. The staff were helpful - we arrived early and they quickly made up our room. We sat outside in the evening with a glass of wine and looked up to the majestic grampians. Was really lovely
We got up late and so the shower was only warm not hot ( but not cold)

Cheap for a reason, you get what you get for the price. Great location, easy walk to the Main Street.
Hot water, what hot water? Has a barely luke warm shower.
