We had a great stay at Raj Niwas. Jassu, who manages the property, was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable. The location was perfect, central enough for everything but tucked away so was quiet at night. We’d definitely recommend Raj Niwas to other travellers

This is more of a B&B than a hotel, but the location is spectacular; we had the third floor room (there appears to be only one room per floor, with a terrace on the top floor for breakfast), which has a lovely private terrace with fabulous views over Lake Pichola.
The electric plugs were rather temperamental, and our phones didn't charge very well!

excellent location, quiet, close to everything, easy to walk, rooftop breakfast, sunset from bed, must see cultural show nearby, wonderful manager.

The room was clean and big size provided with a sitting place next to the window which was enjoyable.
The price was high compared to other facilities, other than the room there was not much services as the facility has only 3 room's and only one person looks after all activities. It is more of a air bnb facility not of a hotel.
