EVERYTHING - the bed, the bathroom, the facilities, the staff (especially Monica, she was sooo sweet and helped me take my suitcase to my room), the location... if I ever go to Edinburgh again, I will definitely stay here.
something really small that did not have an impact in my stay: it would have been nice to have activities in CODE The Loft instead on the one located in the city centre.

Very central, quiet at night, good kitchen, good showers, could drop off luggage, free towel, free body/hairwash, free tea/coffee, lovely staff.
Arrived straigt off the tram from the airport, Code is a 4 minute walk behind (or cut through) Primark store.
There was only one toilet for 2 dorms with 10 females.

The staff was really nice and helpful and knowledgeable about the place. The bed was comfy. It was quiet, easy to sleep at night. The curtain helps a lot with privacy. The shower was well equipped and gave you a luxury feeling.
To be fair, the location is at the city center for shopping but anything you want to visit for attractions have to go up a hill.

Good location, comfortable capsule in the room gave me some privacy.
No hot water in the shower, no hot water in the tap! Only cold, very cold water so no possibility to wash my hair, to take a shower!!!! Absence of administrator, absence of any staff around 9 a.m in the hostel - so nobody to ask to fix that!!!!
