Great location! Excellent property with clean rooms and great amenities and staff. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be close to all the things and have a high end hotel experience without breaking the bank.

The location was amazing and most of the staff were friendly. It was very clean but the room setup was awkward. The bed was up against the wall so if the person sleeping on the side next to the wall had to get up prior to the other person they would have to crawl over that person to get out of bed.

Everything was great, except for the hordes of North American guests who have absolutely no decorum or idea of the volume of their voices at breakfast.
The room was bright, tidy and with excellent facilities such as kitchen and coffee maker.
Special shout out to Sabina who basically planned my entire weekend in Edinburgh on arrival.
Laundry app was useful but I didn't spend all my credit so I guess I'll have to come back and do some laundry at some stage in the future.
