Location was good from the city.

It smelt really bad of damp, the breakfast rules were odd you could only eat breakfast before 9am and nothing could be eaten after. Tiny shared kitchen so when we went to get breakfast another couple were in there they couldn’t speak English so they just ignored us and we couldn’t get to the appliances to make a brew or eat so we left. There is a night club right at the bottom of the road so we came home after our concert too young students throwing up right outside the door and in the next door neighbours garden. Was very loud until the early hours and we were right at the front of the property so got no sleep at all. Check out time is so early too.

It is in the city center near everything !

Really thin wall… We could hear the man in the other room snoring.

This little lovely place is just extraordinary. Small room, thin walls and quite a few guests on site - but all add to its charm. The location is brilliant, lovely charming property, lots of ingredients for breakfast, generally clean and tidy.

Thin walls, so you can hear other snoring :D

Close to royal mile

My partner has been bitten by something in the bed- could be bedbugs or a spider- not good
