Close to the central station, clean and confortable.
The internet speed is very low, which decrease the rating points.

Lovely location at the side of Lake Lucerne and very near the old wooden bridge, about 10 minutes walk from the rail station. Dining and breakfast available by the water. Welcoming and friendly staff. Our luggage had been sent separately and was put in our room. There was a fan available tom supplement the opening window. Bathroom was small but nice. Breakfast was not explicitly included but the CHF 18.50 vouchers were more than sufficient.
The room was quite small, with windows opening onto a noisy back street. Dinner options were a little expensive - but it was Lucerne and by the water!!

The location is wonderful right by the famous wooden bridge and the room was quiet since it faced a little back street. The room was very well organized and provided for ample place to put our things. We enjoyed the a la carte breakfast that was supplied with coupons we got instead of the typical huge breakfast buffets.
It was hot during part of our stay and desk fan was very small and did not provide that much cooling. Luckily, we were able to open 4 windows which helped greatly.

Location was excellent.
The room was extremely small and the bathroom was tiny. Sheets were not soft and twin beds were just pushed together. No topper, so there was a big divide in the middle.
