The hotel looks a little tired overall . Clean, but used over the years, We saw a lot of trades people and no tourists. The night staff was uninformed when we checked out early in the morning.

Nice room, with comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, which was a must as visited during a heatwave. Good shower. Decent breakfast. Very secure parking underground beneath the hotel, with plenty of spaces available. Bus stop very nearby with regular buses into the city centre, which took about 10-15 mins. Nice surroundings, near to botanical gardens, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
A double bed, but 2 single duvets provided - why not a double duvet? Also no fridge in the room.

I like the environment the rooms and services and equally the location of the hotel.
I also enjoy the coffee breaks that were offer and the food was good.

"All very clean, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. Even though we were on the street side the windows sealed well and could barely hear any sound. Perfect"
