location and toiletries, access to washer/dryer
Had to call customer support x2 to active technology so I could enter my apartment and the wash room! No electricity when we first arrived , had to wait about 15 minutes before we could plug in our devices.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. The laundry facility was very convenient
There were no elevators and the room was very small

Central safe location. Spotlessly clean and very helpful staff. Chiara was great helping us navigate the keyless system
Unfortunately room 101 overlooked the street so it was noisy in the evenings as there are restaurants nearby. In the morning we were woken up early by garbage lorry and delivery lorry.

The room was clean and nicely organized.
The breakfast is a voucher for 15 Eur at a local bar (at a price of 14 Eur). Not sure why it would ever make sense to buy breakfast.
The place does not have an elevator and pretty narrow stairs, which is seriously bad if you are traveling with heavy luggage (like I did).
