It was really close to the main attractions without any of the noises that is usually present in downtown area.

Our room was a good size and the bathroom was well appointed with lots of hot water whenever it was needed. The location was great, as it was only circa 100 metres from the Ponte vecchio and the Uffizi gallery beyond. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, preferring to get a bite to eat and a coffee in the town whilst watching the world go by!

Amazing location just over the Ponte Vecchio. So many shops and restaurants nearby. The building was secure with an elevator. Everything was very efficient. Perfect for a 2 person stay.
There was a mini fridge in the room however it was stocked with items for purchase and it was not very cold. Would have loved to be able to have an empty fridge for our own use. There is a grocery store around corner that we would have taken advantage of.

Fabulous location. Staff was quick to respond and very helpful.
Mosquitos in December buzzed in our ears and the people in the room next door were up until 3 am having a party. With the paper thin walls we didn’t sleep.
