Numa Florence Palazzo Belfiore

Its a beautiful building in a fantastic location

Lounge area with 2nd bedroom is same space

Fantastic location in a beautiful old building. Beds were very comfortable

Air conditioning was sufficient to cool living room and two bed in the mezzanine. Incredibly steep multiple levels of concrete stairs to climb to the rooms - level 2 has four flights of stairs to get to it. Don’t see any staff during our stay however they were available by text and check in was easy.

The property is large and well equipped. However the bathrooms could use a renewal

Bathrooms are a bit dated

The design is nice , the bedroom was spacious and the beds were comfortable . Beds were clean.

The bathrooms were horrible , no space to move and the toilet seats were not comfortable to use , the lid kept moving and was smaller than the base. There was no elevator and the stairs were very steep it was a nightmare to climb those stairs with big luggage. Also the luggage storage was not enough but they recommended us a place nearby to leave our luggage with payment Even though the design was nice , the space felt very dark and not well lighten .. it was very noisy at night , i turned off the ac but there was still a loud ac voice coming from the outside.. i couldn’t sleep well.
