Good location a short 10 min walk to the town centre, lovely outdoor area at the rear of the property looking towards the town centre.
Rooms have limited ventilation and may be warm in summer, however rooms were fine in autumn when we stayed

Great location and staff were very welcoming
Room was noisy facing the front into the road. The room was very hot with no air conditioning and so we had the windows open but were kept awake by the street and traffic noise.
There was a strong smell of sewer from the shower
