Hotel Navia Santa Ponsa - Adults Only

A lovely boutique type hotel. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful staff. Great Breakfast. Quiet and comfortable. A great place to totally unwind and close to the shops restaurants and beach!

It was situated at a quiet part of Santa ponsa if you like it that way, the busy part is at the other side of the beach, I’ve been to this resort many times & fancied it a bit quieter this time.

I paid for a pool view but I was instantly upgraded to a different room, I arrived at the hotel at 4am so only noticed we had no pool view the next morning, I went to reception to ask why & that’s when I was told about the upgraded room, I could still have got my room with pool view & the staff kindly showed me that particular room however it wasn’t as modern as the upgraded room so I was kinda happy to stay in the upgraded room so not a big deal.

Really great location and beautiful outside space

The location is good.

Rooms are very sparce, freezing cold pool, lower sun terrace overgrown and looks deserted, no tea/coffee making facilities, very dated decor and carpets throughout, charging 2 5 euros a day for the safe, no tips on pool cues, ants! Breakfast was very poorly laid out and the cooked option was the worst I have ever experienced. Came here 3 years ago but will definitely not return unless big changes happen.
