The layout of the bar, cafe and pool was brilliant.
The whole place was so clean.
Staff were lovely and friendly. Food and drinks were good and not overpriced.

We had a one bed apartment, 2 of the beds were couch beds. We knew this before we went so that was fine. One of the beds was broken and had been ‘repaired’ with cable ties. Not comfortable at all. Was disappointed as we paid around €350 per night for the apartment.

Very clean, kids swimming pool and playground
Quite pricy but we booked last minute so unsure of prices if you book in advance.

Great small pool for children. Big playpark for children. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Adult pool is a good size. Lots of sun loungers. Hotel was quiet and family orientated.
A smokers area outside the hotel or away from the general public around the pool and eating areas is required. Smelling second hand smoke to a non smoker and children is dangerous. No smoking on balconies would be good to be introduced as we had to keep our balcony door closed for our whole trip because of passive smoke from other balconies. Our first room air conditioning wasn't working correctly. After a few days of maintenance trying to fix it we got moved to another room and straight away the difference with actual working air conditioning.

The property was in a great location, a 10/15 minute walk to the beach was perfect for us, all the bar staff and lukasz from the animation team were amazing, super friendly.
During our stay, we wasn’t impressed with the reception staff unfortunately. We thought they were rude to us on multiple occasions. Things like denying us help with the safe that we paid for immediately when we got there. Wouldn’t sell us water bottles even though you could see lots of bottles in the room next to reception desk. It was me and my 2 friends, all boys, ages between 20-24. Where we followed all hotel guidelines and respected the property at all times, but unfortunately we felt unfairly treated throughout our stay.
