FERGUS Club Europa

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, food was amazing with a great choice

We were staying across the road up the hill so was difficult to pull the cases all the way there, so would of been better if they had staff with little golf buggies or something to help get your luggage to your room

Jedzenie na plus,dobre i smaczne

Obsluga na recepcji-porazka,materace w pokojach z lat 80tych-do dzis czuje te sprezyny, Lazienki wymagają kosmetyki, brak baru przy kazdych basenach

The location is good, close to the beach with a shuttle but also good to explore the area with car alone. The room was also quite nice, clean and modern. It had everything needed. Gym Was surprisingly good equipped, with Dumbells, Bars, kettlebells etc.

The food could have been a little better, also there were not enough sunbeds for everyone. (The hotel Tries to go against sunbed reservation). The hotel staff was a hit and miss, service in general could have been a little better. I tried to order a coffee from the main bar and had to wait 3min for the bar man to acknowledge me and then he seemed not very enthusiastic at all. I was alone in the bar. Restaurant staff worked hard to clear and clean tables asap for new people to arrive, did also interact friendly with guests. In general the hotel common grounds could do with a little refurb, whilst the rooms seem to be fine.

Good fun for kids

The bed was broken, they didn't change our sheets or pillowcases for 5 days, and our room was never cleaned.
