Everything really. The room is quite small but adequate, clean, has a kettle, coffee etc. Bathroom is ok. Basically it had everything that i wanted and is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the departure area of Bristol Airport.
I would me more than happy to stay there if flying from Bristol again. The feedback is based on the fact that it is a budget hotel so no frills, but is better value for money than other airport hotels in the area. The owner is friendly & welcoming.
No complaints.
