Really nice staf, cozy hotel, clean, great breakfast. We booked an appartment which had the best beds! Spacious place, bathroom, kitchen, living area. Walking distance from the central station and the Altstadt. Opportunity to leave you luggage at the desk after check-out.
Area around the central station had some homeless people etc so maybe late at night not to comfortabele to walk alone. But that had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

It is in an excellent location. Easy walk to city centre. Beautiful decor. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff very helpful. They had secure storage for your bike.
As it’s an old property it does not have a lift which if you are on a top floor is a lot of stairs to carry your luggage.

Outstanding hotel with beautiful recently refurbished rooms, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this place. They also had secure storage for our bikes.

I had expected more from this hotel. I booked based on the quirky decor & wanted something different. The decor was a mis match that didnt sit well together, in my opinion. There were no coffee making facilities in the room & the night porter couldn't find a kettle. There were 2 single duvets on the double bed which we found strange. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, whilst tasty was a bit limited & the coffee was not great. It's about 1.2km from the old town. A nice walk, if you fancy it!
