The location close to the Gare de Lyon was great, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean. We liked the water dispenser to refill our water bottles ( saving plastic) Reception was always staffed.
The breakfast was average, not great on choices for vegetarians, the room was on. the small side for 2 people with baggage and the shower/toiletries was not great and there was no kettle in the room.

We were made to feel very welcome, our room was very clean and comfortable. The drink making facilities in Reception area were very welcome. This is a great choice if you are staying in Paris, especially if you are planning to use Gare du Lyon station.

Very helpful staff.

Lift
Air conditioning in room.
Comfortable bed
Reasonable water pressure in shower.
Clean room.
Lift was very small but there were stairs.

The location is its best attribute.
They have a weird key card system that means you can’t leave the property with your room key. You have to leave it with the front desk. There isn’t always someone at the desk so it’s a bit inconvenient.
