Chris was the best host ever, very helpful in every way. He gave us great advice about what to do depending on the weather and we had a fantastic stay as a result. The house is very well located, the breakfast excellent and it feels like a proper authentic B&B.

Lovely building in a great location. My room was perfect and well equipped. Breakfast was fab and the hospitality was friendly and very helpful. I’d highly recommend Garth Dderwen.

Nothing to dislike.

It was a lovely Victorian property in a convenient location. Chris and Julie were excellent hosts and the breakfasts were plentiful, well presented and delicious. The property was clean and tidy and there was a lounge and dining room for us to use if we wished , there were many framed photos of the surrounding area on the walls all taken by Chris which gave it a lovely character to the property. Chris was the font of all knowledge when it came to where to go and what to do, giving little tips about what to look for on your day out. Betsy-y-Coed has good transport links to surrounding areas with a train and bus service and the property has off road parking and a car park.

Location excellent.

toilet/shower on different floor. We left our pillow behind and asked them to post to us (paid by us) just the pillow cover. No response at all.
