the relaxation room with free chocolate mouse was good!
the beds were bad in the signature room
the pillows were bad
there was black hairs in the bathroom
but it was a nice place and the staff were great
smelly toilets in the mens changing room for the spa.

Exceptionally clean, wonderful food, great location and service.
Not essential but couldn't get TV to work properly, would have liked to have signed into my apps

Nice room. Comfy bed. All staff were lovely and friendly.
We weren’t told we needed to ask for a room clean when we checked in. We didn’t see the small notice in the room until after 10pm so we asked in the morning. We were told they would try but room didn’t get cleaned so we had no toilet roll, no clean cups etc.
also the use of the spa used to be included so disappointed either that too.
