Very well located. Beds were comfortable, spaces were clean and tidy and capsules not that small after all. There's a huge dinning room with lots of Manga (in Japanese) to read.
Microwave, kettle, washing machine and vending machines are available.
Unfortunately, the place and the equipments have become a little old.
Like in all the places where there are a lot of guests, there might be a lack of privacy and some noises.
