Great place to stay. Convenient location near public transport, restaurants and shops. Clean and well run. Great view from third floor room. Ok breakfast. Nice en suite shower. Self check-in easy.

Bit of street noise but not noticeable with windows closed.

The room was excellent, and my extra needs were met. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, particularly Alex. Finally, the location served my needs just fine!

I choose to stay at the MK whenever I come to London as I have business interests in Putney and its location is ideal for me. Over the many years I have been coming to stay I have got to know the managers well. They are kind and friendly and always give me a great welcome. I love the simplicity of the MK. Rooms are well laid out, practical and always spotlessly clean. A small private bathroom with shower is provided with lots of towels which are regularly changed. It's nice to have a kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits in one's room too. They also provide a small heater for optional use during the colder weather although temperature can be regulated via a separate controller on the wall. The lighting is pleasant with a choice of strong overhead lights when needed and comforting, lamps and bedside lights when preferred. There is also a useful desk and a nice bit of luxury with a leather chair. Breakfasts are continental but with a good choice of hot and cold with fresh fruit salad made each day. The breakfast room is pleasant and one can help oneself indefinitely to all that is available including coffee, tea etc. I shall be coming back!

It's a trend nowadays but online checking in is encouraged whereas I used to prefer a personal check in on arrival. Modern tech does save time for most, although it might be a touch complicated for some.

The location was great. The rooms were clean.

The breakfast choices were quite limited. We booked several rooms for a family wedding and were charged retrospectively for parking one car. As no-one asked us to pay as we left we thought it was given as a gratuity.
