Hotel Santa Regina

Lived that the hotel and our room including floors were extremely clean, comfortable bed and room, very clean bathroom, good shower pressure and hot water. They had a 5 gallon of water in the hallway and glass bottle & glasses for us to help ourselves to water. The location is excellent and the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet provided is located within a short distance inside another hotel lobby.

Nighttime noise is a problem, especially on Saturday nights. But that comes with the central location, I suppose.

Znakomite położenie w centrum historycznym miasta.

W pokoju przydałoby się więcej światła, myślę że jedno okno wychodzące na korytarz i mały świetlik to trochę mało, ale niestety należy się z tym pogodzić ze względu na historyczny charakter budynku.

the location was really good

The internet never worked, we told the guy and he was like yea I’m going to check it but it never worked. also we asked to have the breakfast to go and 2 different people tilda us they will come back to us and let us know but they never did. Also we left an iPhone charger and they texted us that it was there and we asked if it was possible to send it to ciudad de mexico but the person that was going to bring it to us was leaving 2 days after so it was very important to confirm thAt it will arrived next day. They quote a 330 Mex pesos courrier and send us an account to transfer the money what we did. next day in the night I received a message a skein g for the address to send the charger so I asked them why they didn’t sent it if they commit that it was going to arrive that day. It was to late now so I asked them to refund me the money and they have been like yes let me ask accountant yes they have not say anything and every day is something like that so after 2 weeks they have not refund the money.
