Needs some remodel updates . Our last night we ran out of water . The tub was clogged , water did not drain properly . It did have a great view of the city .

Beautiful views from bedrooms and dining area. Only six rooms are available, so the service is very personable.

Perhaps the hotel with *the most* spectacular views of Guanajuato. While some aspects of the interior are dated, the excellent customer service more than makes up for those aspects. At least they were not an issue for this guest.
