Royal Park Hotel

Clean, tidy, everything we needed, free refreshments in the foyer, staff very helpful, great location.

All ok

Good location and helpful staff

The fan was a touch noisy.

Room size - very compact.

The location is a short walk from Bayswater Underground. There are pleany of cafes and bars in the area to eat and drink. Or a short tube ride to central London. The road is oneway and reletavley quiet. The female staff member that greeted me was very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel at the last minute as my flight from Heathrow was cancelled. On booking via mobile phone the name sounded posh and the price I paid was £235. (reduced from £300.) seemed about right for the name and location. Unfortunately once inside the front door I realised the name and price was not reflected in the decor etc., The room itself whilst adequate and the bed comfortable the room was poorly in need of decorating. The bathroom seemed to be a collection of untidy repairs. However the showers and toilet were working ok during my visit.
