Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
hotel being refurbished. Our bathroom was beautifully appointed. Room was on the small side but had fridge, coffee maker and jug. Bed fine. All exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Location - excellent as we like to be close to Kensington Gardens and underground stations.
We did not take the breakfast package. We don't eat enough to warrant the expense
nothing

Always stay here. Great location and lovely staff
A bit of a basic room but that’s fine for the price !

Convenient location, nearly refurbished rooms, great staff!
One of the lifts were closed off due to renovation, was a tiny bit inconvenient only during rush-hour. Otherwise fine.

The location and general appearance is very high end
The below ground floors are way too hot and without proper ventilation or air conditioning for the price and quality of the hotel it is not acceptable
