Great location, close to Queensway tube on a quiet street. Lovely room with great facilities. Didn't use the WiFi so can't comment on that. No breakfast provided but there was a fully equipped kitchenette which was nice. Hot shower, hairdryer provided, reasonably comfortable beds, plenty of room. Helpful & friendly receptionist. Great value for money.

Great location. AC was lovely. Pretty quiet, though I was awakened by a loud noise around 7am. Staff was very nice.
Smaller than it appeared in photos. Fold down desk with mirror was too low to be usable as a makeup mirror and lacked lighting. There was no hand soap provided. I was able to hear water running from neighboring units.

The location was good, very close to tube stations, excellent playground in Hyde park and lots of small supermarkets, cafes etc. in the area. The small kitchenette was useful to have.
The room was rather tired and grubby. Beds were comfy but short, and there really wasn't enough room around the beds for 4 people to be in there. There wasn't really any space to put things - bags had to go on floor which made it even more difficult to move around.
