Very clean and well laid out.Plenty of room fort our group. It would help to bring blackout masks as the transom windows above the windows in the bedrooms were not covered and let in a lot of morning light. We did not know that there was no soap/shampoo in each bathroom.

We truly enjoyed the property’s location and overall layout. The home was clean, spacious, and well‑appointed, and the kitchen and living areas were very comfortable for our group. However, several safety and maintenance concerns impacted our stay, and I want to share them so they can be addressed for future guests.Rug safety issue: In the upper‑level living room, two rugs were layered on top of each other, and the top rug had curled edges that created a tripping hazard. For safety, we rolled up and removed the top rug during our stay.Non‑functional first‑floor refrigerator: The refrigerator in the game‑room area was unable to cool below 52 degrees, which resulted in some food spoiling. It appeared this issue had been ongoing. Although we reported it and a work order was placed, it was not resolved during our visit.Unsecured dishwasher: One of the dishwashers in the upper‑level kitchen was not properly secured to the counter or cabinetry. Opening the door caused the entire unit to tip forward.Non‑working tub sprayer: The sprayer in the upper‑level king bathroom tub was not operational.Broken outdoor hose nozzle: The hose in the carport area had a broken spray nozzle, making it difficult to rinse off beach equipment.Pool cleanliness: The pool required a more thorough cleaning at the start of our stay.Despite these issues, we appreciated many aspects of the home, and addressing these maintenance items would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.

Very clean and spacious. Only had an issue with the pet charge from the company even when not bringing pets. Other than this the propert is very well kept. Home is gorgeous. Will be going back.

The host was fine and the size of the house was great for our large extended family. However there were many problems with the house. It is clear the house is older and is in need of some repairs and updates. The area rug in living room is so curled it is a tripping hazard. Both dishwashers are in need of repair and difficult to open and close. The clothes dryer does not dry efficiently due to the vent being blocked. One drawers in kitchen is falling apart every time you open it. We realize the price of the house was very low. Now we know why!
