Fabulous house in Duck!! You will not be disappointed, great pool and hot tub, great family spaces…a short walk to all that Duck has to offer, and short walk to the beach…you will love it as much as we did!!

Host gave us excellent instructions, responded to messages quickly, and the house was amazing. It had everything we needed to have a great week!

Our family loved our stay at Quacker Jacks - the house was perfect for our needs, with bedrooms on all three floors and two separate living areas. The pool was crystal clear, the kitchen was very well stocked, and we had everything we needed for a fantastic visit. The owner was very open with communication when a handyman needed to come by, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Quacker Jacks in Duck, NC! The house was a perfect fit for our family—spacious, comfortable, and clearly designed with families in mind. The kitchen had everything we needed and having two dishwashers made cleanup after big family meals a breeze. The private pool was a huge hit with everyone, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach toys, a wagon, and a high chair, crib, and changing table—a rare and welcome touch for families traveling with young kids.Communication with the owner was also top-notch—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.A couple of small things to keep in mind: noise does carry between floors, so early risers or night owls may want to be mindful of footsteps. And while the beach access was as described, the walk can feel a bit long in the heat—especially with little ones. That said, the wagon provided helped a lot.Overall, Quacker Jacks was a wonderful home base for our Outer Banks vacation. We’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly spot in Duck!
