It’s a very nice and cozy apartment. It has everything you need, even a washing machine. Excellent location! 10 of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location that’s very close to Shin Osaka Station. Convenient check in and out experience. And what really amazed us was that the room had everything, from stoves and cookware to a washing machine and a fully fitted bathroom with heating and drying functions. The bed and beddings were comfortable. There was even ample storage room in the shoes cabinet and wardrobe, a rare find in places like this. During day time we could hear some trains but it was not loud nor frequent, and it was quite at night.
The room was a bit small, but this seems very common in Japan.

Kitchen facilities were good, the appliances were good, the apartment was very very clean. The kitchen utensils were adequate. The location is good.
The bed was pretty hard. My partner had to try to sleep on the sofa bed instead. There was no mirror in the room. We did not realize that the smaller room would have been that small. I actually feel like they could do better with the type of furniture in the room. The was no dresser type area or even a drawer in the room.
