Really friendly staff and rooms were clean no issues with anything at all would recommend this place as parking is at shopping centre but it was only £15 for the 24 hours I was there
Also my kids loved the resident cat and he or she was really loving the attention

The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, and several cooked breakfast options were available to order from the menu. The hotel is also well connected by public transport, with Ealing Broadway nearby.
We knew from a previous visit that the double rooms are a bit compact if you have a lot of luggage (at least the ones we’ve seen have all been a similar size). We also knew there are quite a few stairs to climb. Help was offered with our suitcases. (We`d come back anytime.)

People are nice, pub is good, breakfast too, close to Ealing Broadway station. 30 minutes to central London, calm suburb

The staff were very friendly and we did have the underground nearby along with shopping center. However, be prepared for a 45-1hr train ride to the center of the city. This really affected our ability to return to our room to rest in the day. They offered breakfast, but we never ate there. The breakfast was mostly cheese and instant coffee.
The room we got was extremely small. The wall paper on the walls was coming off. It smelled like cigarettes inside the room. The amount of stairs was hard with luggage. Honestly, this is the worst accommodation I’ve had in a trip to London.
