ibis Styles London Ealing

Friendly staff, easy check. Let us drop bags before checking in to ease exploring. Very comfortable bed and spacious clean room with TV. Breakfast ran until 11 over the weekend which made it more relaxed and 12pm checkout time. Good location for exploring London, 10 minute walk from Elizabeth Line into city centre.

Lighting in the room wasn’t great with only side lights but minor thing.

Great location, tube is only 5 minutes walk away. Comfortable bed and great friendly staff

Parking is expensive at £19.50 for 7-24h so staying 2 nights cost us £39! The rooms are a little dark and could do with better lighting. The breakfast was ok

Location, very friendly helpful staff, the ‘zaniness’ and novelty of the decor, cleanliness, comfortable beds, quiet, close to the train station, it was amazing. Very impressed with the staff; well done!

Suggestions - Shower would be great with a door on it, water on the floor. No hand towels.

Location was good for us. Liked the inspirational quotes everywhere

Where was the fridge? It's the 21st century, a 'renowned' brand. Need meds kept in fridge. On check in, was early, told couldn't book in, so ordered drink whilst waiting. Woman took over, literally less than 2 minutes later. Another guest arrived, early, and was booked in. The woman then looked at us, and asked if all OK, I said were waiting to check in, and she just checked us in. Literally 5 mins after the guy said he couldn't. No one told us about the breakfast option on checking in. So but surprised when checking out to realise they did cooked breakfast. The room was dark, light only at entrance and bedside lights. Why????
