The Hotel Chester

A real hidden gem! Spacious room with everything you need to relax and enjoy a night away. Really friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay in The Hotel Chester and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was excellent from start to finish — the accommodation was clean, comfortable, welcoming and exactly as described. Staff were exceptional. The location was perfect for exploring Chester, and everything we needed was within easy reach. The whole experience was smooth and relaxing, and the attention to detail really made a difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return without hesitation. A well-deserved 10/10 — highly recommended!

Nothing at all.

Gwen the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She gave us a room on the 1st floor and came to fix our bath tap in the room. Very comfortable bed, nice clean and warm facilities. Love the bath! Very good location with a great pub below

The view from the room Lots of scaffolding but we just closed the curtains. Very noisy at night until after 12am Pub garden below our room

- Great location and clean and comfortable room - Friendly reception staff - Nice bar downstairs

- We stayed on a Saturday night and the noise from the bar opposite was extremely loud until 1am - There was an alarm going off outside our room in the night - we rang the night porter who said it was normal and to ignore it which wasn’t very helpful
