Owl Hotel

Hotel friendly and staff very nice and helpful

My room was in the front and it was a bit noisey. The plug that the Aircon unit was in did not work so I had to balance the unit on the windowsill at night.

I honestly liked everything about my stay. The hotel is lovely, and I especially loved the beautiful garden. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent, close to many tourist attractions. I was able to explore most places on foot or by tram. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Peter at the reception, who was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived. I also met Célia, a Brazilian member of the breakfast team, who was incredibly kind and gave me several great tips about the city.

Nothing in particular. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful and relaxed garden. Hotel is on a quiet street, close walk to many cafes, restaurants and Vondelpark. Hotel was very accommodating to our group and changes in our plans.

Not an ideal place to stay during hot weather

The receptionist was exceptionally nice and the location is great.

The rooms are rather small and the furniture is a bit ratty.
