Hotel Penz West

Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Room size was good. Reasonable evening meals (quality and price). Hotel is a partner with the Innsbruck Welcome Card, which means you get free travel on local transport in the Innsbruck region if staying for at least 2 nights and other discounts for 3 nights or more. Nearest bus stop was 2 minutes walk from hotel and approx 15 mins to City centre. Excellent location for Innpromenade parkrun.

Kettle and some tea / coffee sachets provided on request, but no milk. None of it replaced during 3 night stay, i.e. had to rinse and re-use same paper cup. I’m sure they would have provided this if asked, but surprised that this wasn’t done automatically as it would have been obvious when the room was serviced.

Super convenient to catch the 6:30am bus from Innsbruck airport to the Munich airport.

A bit pricey, but just a 5 minute walk to the airport.

Great views, very nice staf, very good breakfast and free bus passes

Beds were a bit hard Turning on the light in the bathroom illuminates the whole room at night because of part of the Wall being glass

Reception was friendly

The hotel itself feels dated and a bit gloomy. No assistance was available on the date i stayed to help with luggages
