Stunning location surrounded by nature. Squirrels and pheasants in the garden, really peaceful.
Really friendly young lad working there really valuable member of staff. Close to Matlock Bath.
Only small negative was not having a slightly later breakfast on Saturday which would have enabled us to do the nearby parkrun and eat on return.

A wonderful hotel in a fabulous setting, in the heart of the Peak District. Lovely spacious room and comfy bed. Super staff.

The room had been recently refurbished. We liked the location especially as it was so near to other tourist attractions. The gardens were exceptional and maintained very well.
